1General Terms

2Account Rules

Each person may only create one account on 2kbd. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be terminated and any accumulated balance may be forfeited. Providing accurate and truthful information at the time of registration is mandatory.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account. Never share your password with anyone. If you believe there has been unauthorized access to your account, contact our support team immediately.

• 2kbd reserves the right to verify the information provided at registration.
• Registering with false information will result in permanent account closure.
• Transferring, selling, or renting your account to a third party is strictly prohibited.
• Inactive accounts (no activity for 12 months) may be deactivated automatically.

3Age & Eligibility

2kbd services are strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. If a minor is found to have created an account or their age is verified as below 18, the account will be closed immediately and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

2kbd may request a national ID, passport, or other government-issued document for age verification at any time. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete. This is part of our responsible gaming policy.

• Registration is strictly prohibited for anyone under 18.
• Parents and guardians should enable parental controls on devices accessible to children.
• Providing false information about your age is a criminal offence.

4Deposits & Payments

2kbd currently supports deposits via Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is BDT 100. All transactions are processed in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). Deposits are usually credited instantly, though occasional banking delays may apply.

2kbd only accepts payment methods registered in the account holder's own name. Deposits from third parties are not permitted and will be treated as a violation of our anti-money laundering policy.

• Minimum deposit: BDT 100
• Maximum daily deposit: BDT 500,000
• All deposits are secured with SSL encryption.
• If a deposit fails, contact support within 24 hours.

5Withdrawal Policy

To withdraw winnings from 2kbd, your account must be fully verified (KYC). The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 300. Funds are generally released within 30 minutes to 24 hours after a withdrawal request is approved.

Withdrawals are always made to the same payment method used for the deposit. For exceptions, please contact the support team. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

6Bonus Terms

2kbd offers a range of bonuses — welcome bonus, daily cashback, referral bonus, and VIP rewards. Each bonus comes with specific wagering requirements that must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn.

Welcome bonuses generally carry a wagering requirement of 20x to 30x. This means if you receive a BDT 1,000 bonus, you will need to place between BDT 20,000 and BDT 30,000 in bets before withdrawing. Full terms for each bonus are listed on the bonus page.

• Only one bonus may be claimed per deposit.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.
• Any attempt at bonus fraud or claiming bonuses across multiple accounts will result in account termination.
• 2kbd reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Bonuses can only be used on your own account.

7Gaming Rules

All games on 2kbd are operated by third-party software providers and governed by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). This ensures that every game outcome is entirely random and unbiased.

If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, all bets placed in that round will be refunded. However, results that have already been determined will not be changed.

• Any winnings obtained by exploiting software bugs or glitches will be forfeited.
• Using automated bots or software to play is strictly prohibited.
• Accounts suspected of collusion or game manipulation will be investigated.

8Responsible Gaming

• Found to be underage.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Harassing or abusing other members on the platform.

You may request to close your account at any time. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account.

11Dispute Resolution

For any dispute or complaint, please reach out to our customer support team first. We aim to respond within 48 hours. If you are not satisfied with the support team's decision, you may escalate the matter to a higher authority.

In disputes relating to game outcomes, server logs will be treated as the definitive evidence. 2kbd's decision is final and binding.
